Shipping
Shipping rates are based on weight and location, and are set by the appropriate courier. We ship via USPS or FedEx from our warehouse in Norwalk, Connecticut. We do not charge any handling fees. There is no sales tax for customers outside Connecticut.
In stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. For international shipments, items are shipped within 1-5 business days. If your item is back-ordered, you will be notified via email about product availability. We reserve the right to use UPS instead of FedEx when shipping from our West Coast location.
Orders with different billing and shipping address would need to be confirmed first, before shipping. Please register the best number to reach you, to avoid shipping delays.
International Orders
Customers will pay for all shipping fees, customs and other obligations and fees when it reaches the country of destination. The microphones carry a one-year US manufacturer's warranty. All defects and/or problems with the microphones, song chips, and accessories will be fixed in the United States, and WebbyShop is not responsible for any shipping costs. All merchandise being shipped abroad are being tested, but if the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, the customer need to return the merchandise to us, and WebbyShop will not pay for any shipping costs.

There is a one year manufacturer's warranty for all Enter Tech microphones and accessories. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee for items in brand new, unused condition and in it's original packaging. A 15% restocking fee is charged for items in used condition. Please Contact Us and request for an RMA number.
