Shipping
Shipping rates are based on weight and location, and are set by the appropriate courier. We ship via USPS or FedEx from our warehouse in Seymour, Connecticut. We do not charge any handling fees. There is no sales tax for customers outside Connecticut.
In stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. If your item is back-ordered, you will be notified via email about product availability. We reserve the right to use UPS instead of FedEx when shipping from our West Coast location.
For your protection, if the billing address is different from the shipping address, we would need to confirm your order by phone. Please register the best number to reach you, to avoid shipping delays. All orders should be signed upon delivery. Please have someone available to sign for the package, or arrange for pickup.
WebbyShop is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. USPS estimated delivery days are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered within the United States, for orders $99.00 and above. This does not include orders to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's and US territories, like Puerto Rico and Guam.
International Orders
Customers will pay for all shipping fees, customs and other obligations and fees when it reaches the country of destination. Please be aware that there could be delays due to customs processing. The microphones carry a one-year US manufacturer's warranty. All defects and/or problems with the microphones, song chips, and accessories will be fixed in the United States, and WebbyShop is not responsible for any shipping costs. All merchandise being shipped abroad are being tested, but if the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, the customer need to return the merchandise to us, and WebbyShop will not pay for any shipping costs.

There is a one year manufacturer's warranty for all Enter Tech microphones. Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be charged if the customer availed of the free shipping option. There is no restocking fee for items in brand new, unused condition and in it's original packaging. A 15% restocking fee is charged for items in used condition.
