What a terrific experience. In my umpteen years of shopping on line this by far has been the most pleasant and satisfying. I have a 18000 system, wanted to increase the choice of songs and came across the NPop 705 chip. Unfortunately it was sold out. I had never shopped WebbyShop but I e-mailed to inquire and got a response back right away that it would come in the following week. I was surfing and found another place where the chip was available at the same price but my gut said to stay with WebbyShop although I had never shopped with them. My hunch proved right as a very pleasant sales person, Millet, at WebbyShop helped me through the entire process and even e-mailed me when the chip came in. It was shipped and I got it two days before I expected it. I used to train companies in customer service and these folks get a 5 out of 5 star rating from me and will always be a loyal customer.
